It’s September 12 and Apple is ready to unveil its iconic iPhone 15 series on the stage. By the time, some new inputs suggest that there will be no 2TB storage for the Apple iPhone 15 Pro handsets which will appear with up to 8GB RAM and 1TB storage capacity.
Earlier, the Apple iPhone 15 Pro emerged in the rumor section to feature more RAM with up to 2TB storage. However, there wasn’t any major confirmation on this matter. At present, the new details reveal that the company will stop the storage options at 1TB without extending it.
Eventually, the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max will have the following storage configurations:
- 128 GB Storage
- 256 GB Storage
- 512 GB Storage
- 1 TB Storage
The information further hints that the tech giant is using NAND from a few different vendors such as SK Hynix, Western Digital, Kioxia, and Samsung for storage options. In terms of RAM, the company plans to adopt LPDDR5 DRAM for iPhone 15 Pro. Ahead, there will be two RAM options – 6GB and 8GB.
