Apple has recently rolled out a bunch of beta builds to developers for testing purposes, and one of them is the macOS Ventura 13.6 release candidate version. It looks like Apple Mac users will get a minor update before enjoying the perks of the major firmware.
To those who are unaware, Release Candidate is a part of beta software that appears for the final testing ahead of the official rollout. Usually, RC builds are the stable versions with last-minute improvements and fixes.
Notably, the Apple macOS Ventura 13.6 release candidate is mainly a security fix with some internal optimizations. Though the update won’t bear any specific features or changes, it will increase the stability of the device and will make it more stable for future use.
Apple macOS 13.6 RC firmware is available with the 22G109 version for the registered developers. You can install the update via System > Software Update.
