Apple redesigned Safari tab interface with macOS Monterey Beta 3 after complaints
Apple released the third beta of its upcoming macOS 12. And following the user’s complaints, the company revamped Safari look with the latest beta of macOS Monterey. The tab bar of Safari is now more similar to the current bar in macOS BigSur.
Further, the tabs are all arranged on the top of the display to reduce the space taken on the top of the window. Just like Google’s Chrome, Apple added a dedicated URL/search bar on the top of the Safari window, with tabs rearranged below the bar, where the users can rearrange them and make them active by clicking.
