Perhaps, with the Apple WatchOS 9.5.1, you may find fixes related to the green screen problem and some other aspects of your handy gadget. According to the information, the update is arriving with the 20T570 version number.

The firmware is available via the Settings app on Apple Watch or the dedicated Watch App on iPhone. All you have to do is, open the Watch App and select the General section.
