Apple has opened its first store in South Korea in 2018 and the company planning for the second store in the country to increase its presence and compete against the local tech giant, Samsung. The US tech giant is said that it will hold a press event for the opening of the store in Yeouido, western Seoul on February 24.
As of now, there is no information available as to when the store will be opened for the general public. Moreover, the company is also preparing for its third store in the country in Myeongdong, in central Seoul, and another store in the southeastern port city of Busan which is 325 KM from Seoul.

It seems that Apple is now focusing on making its products and services available to more regions. As last year the company has also introduced Apple online store in India last year. The opening of a new store will widen the reach of Apple products and services to more regions.
Besides this, the company is also working on its next generation of iPhones under the iPhone 13/12s series. The new iPhones are said to come with a bunch of new changes over the previous generations such as a new powerful processor, 5G connectivity, small notch, 120Hz refresh rate, and much more.
