Apple updated Mac mini power consumption and thermal output information

Apple offers a compact small desktop computer called the Mac mini which is shipped with just a CPU and users have to buy the monitor, keyboard, and mouse separately. Despite this, it is worth the price, which can be seen after taking a glimpse at its performance which is satisfactory.

According to the latest information, Apple has recently updated the power consumption and heat output (BTU) specification of the Mac mini. The new Mac mini equipped with Apple Silicon chip is under power control and the output is also greatly improved.

Apple launched the latest Mac mini in November last year with its self made Apple Silicon M1 chip. The M1 chip uses an 8-core processor with 4 performance cores and 4 energy efficiency cores, with an 8-core graphics processor and a 16-core neural network engine. In addition, the machine can provide up to 16GB unified memory and 2TB storage.

As per the previous Geekbench test, the speed of the Apple M1 Mac mini in the single-core test greatly exceeds that of all Intel-based Macs, but the multi-core performance is not as good, which means that when performing tasks that rely on multi-core performance, the old Intel Mac is more suitable.
