Capcom officially announced ‘Dragon’s Dogma 2’ game will be built with RE engine

At the “Dragon’s Dogma” 10th anniversary live event held this morning, Capcom officially released “Dragon’s Dogma 2”, the first time it was confirmed that the game is under development.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 is the sequel to the 2012 action RPG game Dragon’s Dogma, created by original game director Ishideaki Itsuno. The official only showed the logo of the game and did not give a trailer, but Capcom confirmed that this game will use the self-developed engine that has been well-received in many Capcom works such as “Resident Evil Village” and “Devil May Cry 5”.

Moreover, “Dragon’s Dogma” was officially launched on PS3 and Xbox360 as early as ten years ago. It begins with the player’s character encountering a dragon.
