ColorOS 12 rumored to feature major UI redesign: With HydrogenOS, Flyme, and MIUI Elements

According to the Weibo leaker Digital Chat Station, the system-level user interface of the upcoming ColorOS 12 has undergone major changes and includes a large number of HydrogenOS elements. In addition, the system also uses elements of Meizu Flyme and Xiaomi MIUI.

After the merger of Oppo and OnePlus, the company also announced that it would integrate Oppo’s ColorOS with OnePlus’s OxygenOS.

Importantly, both of these OS will work independently, Oppo uses ColorOS in Chinese and global markets, while the OnePlus has OxygenOS for global users, which used HydrogenOS in China before using ColorOS. However, they will share the same common code base.
