The most common problem is preventing players from getting to the planets. Many players have reported experiencing an error code called “Honeydew”. At the top, players were unable to buy season 14 passes. Bungie wanted to take the game off for a few hours to fix the issues, but now the game is offline for major emergency management. The company did not say when it would return online.
Before the game went offline, many players reported that cross-play support had been added to the game. Internet shows can successfully link video consoles and players to each other on streaming PCs. Bungee has previously confirmed that Destiny 2 will have a cross-play, but this did not appear in the game for season 15.

At present, it is unclear whether the crossplay is of a common purpose or the risk of causing an emergency shutdown. There was no mention of bungee cross-play support when the season started today and in the game management process today.
For now, players will have to wait until the game comes online to find out if crossplay is here. Destiny 2’s Season of the Splaser runs from now until August 24.
