Digital Foundry testing new features of FPS Boost online shooters game for Xbox Series X|S
FPS Boost is one of the most intriguing new features offered by the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. The list of improved games is systematically announced by Microsoft.
Digital Foundry praised the fluidity of the gameplay in Battlefield 1, Battlefield 4, Battlefield 5, Titanfall 1, Titanfall 2, and Mirror’s Edge Catalyst. All games deliver the expected 120 frames per second on Xbox Series X, with a new quality that is felt not only in story campaigns but also in online battles.

This is a significant difference that can have a positive impact on the consoles’ struggles. There is a trade-off to consider in terms of resolution, which is lower. But in each case, FPS Boost does not turn on automatically, you can make changes to the parameters.
On the other hand, Microsoft has enabled mouse support in the new Chromium-powered Edge browser, meaning users can now more easily and productively navigate web pages on their consoles, especially when using a wireless mouse.
