EMUI 11 (Android 11) teaser shows new user interface, improved security and cross device experience
Huawei is currently out of the Android 11 league due to the U.S. sanctions hammering but the Chinese smartphone maker can still use it underneath the EMUI skin, all thanks to the Android’s open-source ecology.
Huawei will launch the new version of EMUI, EMUI 11 on September 10 at Huawei Developer Conference 2020 (HDC 2020). Ahead of this launch, Huawei has shared new teasers to generate some hype for the upcoming EMUI system.
In these teasers, Huawei promised to bring new user experience, security features, and more cross-device seamless connectivity with EMUI but we’ll wait to find out more on this matter.

Following the launch of EMUI 11, Huawei will start recruiting new beta testers and as you know, Chinese Huawei users will be the first ones to grab EMUI 11.
Because of the sanctions, Huawei has chosen to put a hold on its IFA 2020 launch and scheduled it for at HDC 2020 to help the Chinese company to expand the event’s time length.
Alongside EMUI 11, Huawei will something new on HarmonyOS, HMS 5.0 core, new products including Huawei FreeBuds Pro, Watch GT Pro, and new gaming laptop.
