Apple iPhone 11 series has been the top-selling phone in the US throughout the year, but there’s a new member – Apple iPhone SE 2020.
According to a new report from Korean media, which shared the data from Counterpoint Research, the iPhone SE 2020 was the 3rd best-selling phone in the US during the first week of this month (August 31-September 5). Surprisingly, it performed better than Samsung’s newly launched Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G, which was on the 4th place.
In the screenshot above you can see, Apple has 5 phones in the top 10 list, Samsung has 3 premium models, while two low-end phones from LG.

Apple’s iPhone 11 was on top, followed by iPhone 11 Pro Max on the 2nd position, iPhone SE 2020 was on 3rd, iPhone XR on 5th position, while the iPhone 11 Pro on 6th.
Move to Samsung, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G took 4th place, Galaxy Note 20 5G and Galaxy S20 5G secured 8th and 9th position respectively. About LG, the LG Stylo 6 and LG K51 took 7th and 10th respectively.

Counterpoint Research said, “Galaxy Note 20 Ultra ranked 9th in the 1st week since its launch on the 21st of last month and has maintained its 4th place from the 2nd week.” “There is a possibility that Samsung will carry out a large-scale promotion to prevent the decline.”
