Future updates will fix black and green-tint issues of the OnePlus 8 Pro

OnePlus 8 Pro early pre-orders are already arriving, and we have heard some reports of the screen issue. The device is facing the black and green tint issues on the display in low brightness. OnePlus has confirmed the issue and said the fix is coming very soon.

OnePlus statement:

Our team is currently investigating these reports to identify the best solutions for our users, and we will issue updates as soon as they are ready. Regarding the green tint, we are working to resolve this in our next OTA.”

The display issue will be fixed in the next OTA, and the next update will bring a fix for the display issue, though the company didn’t confirm whether the other issue with the display lines around the cutout can be fixed.

We have seen a similar issue with Samsung’s Galaxy S20 Ultra. The device was facing a green tint display issue in low brightness. Samsung has already fixed the issue with a software fix.
