[Z Flip 4G too] Galaxy S10 Lite and Z Flip 5G getting stable Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update

Samsung has now started rolling out the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update for the Galaxy Z Flip 4G. It comes with several new features and the December 2020 security patch. The software version of this update is F700FXXU3CTLA.

After rolling out the stable Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update to this years’ flagship smartphones, the company has now started rolling out the major OS upgrade to the Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Z Flip 5G. It also comes with the latest December 2020 security patch.

- Galaxy S10 Lite: G770FXXU3DTL1
- Galaxy Z Flip 5G: F707BXXU1CTL6
About the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 upgrade:
The latest update comes with Android 11 and One UI 3.0. The Galaxy S10 Lite users in India and Spain are currently receiving the Android 11 update, while the Galaxy Z Flip 5G users in Switzerland are getting it. The major update is likely to follow in other regions in the coming days.
From the changelog, it brings improved apps, new system UI, chat bubbles, new media controls, and several other big and minor improvements.
If you are using the devices in the above-mentioned regions, you can head to the device Settings and check for the update manually by selecting on the Software update menu and after that tapping on Download and install.
