Goodbye MIUI! Here’s the first glimpse of Xiaomi HyperOS
Xiaomi is officially saying goodbye to the MIUI version and announced the brand-new operating system – HyperOS and here is the very first glimpse of this development. Although to capture the complete look, you need to wait for the Xiaomi 14 series launch event.
After the announcement of Xiaomi HyperOS on several online social media floors, CEO Lei Jun published a snap where he is holding a device in his hand and showed the first glimpse of the all-new self-developed operating system.
The information reveals that this smartphone is the standard Xiaomi 14 which reflects the pre-installation of HyperOS. Besides, the phone is housed in a ‘test device case’ whereas, it displays the logo of the new OS and a start button at the bottom side.
With the latest software development, the company has even changed the arrow tab, which it has been using for years. This gives the idea that the OEM is likely to add a new phase of experience with the respective software. Furthermore, the tech giant already conducted Android 14 tests for Xiaomi 14. Hence, HyperOS will be based on the latest Android version.
Here is what Lei Jun said on this subject:
“Today, we have taken a solid as well as critical step: HyperOS was officially born, putting people at the center to create a full ecological operating system for people, cars, and families. The first device equipped with Xiaomi HyperOS is Xiaomi 14, which will bring a “leapfrog upgrade.
Starting today, we will gradually say goodbye to MIUI!”
