Google and HP are now shaking their hands to produce ‘made in India’ Chromebooks. The information suggests that manufacturing of these new devices will take place in the Flex Facility near Chennai where HP has already occupied space for producing laptops and PCs since 2020.
The primary goal of this collaboration is expansion of technology and its aspects in schools. In addition, this action will also promote digital transformation in education. Accordingly, Google and HP will begin the production of ‘made in India’ Chromebooks later this month.
Eventually, this association will further provide affordable, safe as well as high-quality computing gadgets to education authorities, and institutions in India. With the latest ChromeOS, these devices will deliver enhanced accessibility and security features that will help in deepening classroom connections.
