While the apps here take a near-black appearance after the theme is applied and the Android settings menu looks more polished along with the black title bar.
The Notifications also show off in dark except for some which are linked with associated quick actions. The dark theme is not applied to the Android apps and will be available after some time.
The other major feature is Better app scaling which made the overall layout, font, and interface are all larger, making it more readable and less difficult to use. This latest Android 11 beta build for Android 11 is gradually expanding so it may take some time to hit your device.
