Google App Assistant ‘At a Glance’ widget will get a new look

Google App Assistant will soon get a makeover for At a Glance widget. The tech giant is working on big Material You redesign for Android devices. It looks like, users will finally be able to alter and customize the appearance of the respective widget in their smartphones.

According to the shared details, Google Assistant with At a Glance widget will show up in a pill-shaped container where the Weather inputs will be highlighted in a pie shape with a color accent. Meanwhile, the segment will hold a three-dot tab on the widget that will lead you to the context menu.

So far, non-Pixel devices were intact with this customization. However, the new widget settings will let you change the style and customize things with a toggle facility. Things are under development, though we will keep you posted with the latest details on this matter.
