Google has recently added two new flagship members including Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro in the lineup, and now the firm is bringing a new Gems collection of ringtones and alarms for the devices. This new addition will give consumers more options to set their ringtones and customize the sound of their Pixel phones.
As per the details, Google has rolled out a new collection called “Gems” of ringtones, notification sounds, and alarm sounds to all Pixel phones. This new option prominently appears underneath the default Pixel Sounds folder, with some of the names being more topical than others.
To enjoy this new collection, consumers will need to upgrade their Pixel-exclusive Sound App to version 3.1 (567492877). Once, you install it, then new Gems collection will appear, for a Phone ringtone with eight additions, a Default notification sound with nine more, and a Default alarm sound with nine additions.
