Google has released the October 2023 security patch details, which will soon roll out to Pixel smartphone users. This new release indicates that the company is running the security improvements development on time and is ready to deliver a new patch very soon.
At the same time, we are ready to have our hands on the official Android 14 upgrade. Some reports hint that the US tech giant will serve the major upgrade to its eligible Pixel handsets on October 04 (tomorrow). To check the new firmware on your device, you can make your way to the system settings of your Pixel phone. Now tap on the Update section and click on the Search icon at the bottom of the screen. Here your device will fetch for the new versions.
