To be mentioned, the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro came pre-installed with it. Anyways, besides, Google Pixels, Android 12 will be available on Samsung Galaxy, OnePlus, OPPO, Realme, Tecno, Vivo, and Xiaomi devices later this year.

Moreover, in the latest Android Security and Privacy Annual Review, Google reported that “it did not publicly disclose critical security vulnerabilities affecting the Android platform, nor did it provide security updates or mitigation measures for Android devices. ”

In addition, security patches increased 84% year-on-year in the fourth quarter of 2018 compared to the previous year.

Aside from these, Pixel 5 phones are already running Android 12 beta 5, the final Android 12 OTA is just under 5MB, and the October security patch date is the first Monday of this month.

Many users, especially users of the beta plan, need to wait only two weeks to get the final version of Android 12.

Android 12 Features:

The most appealing feature in Android 12 is the new Material You designed, which allows you to go a little deeper and adjust the appearance of the home screen to your liking. It is more expressive than the previous version of Android.

There are tools for you to coordinate colors, which can be extended to application icons, drop-down menus, gadgets, and more. Several gadgets have been updated to match the new look.

Google shared that by the end of October, it plans to provide more than a dozen new or upgraded gadgets for its first-party applications. Google calls Material You a “Pixel-first” feature, although it will soon enter “more device manufacturers and mobile phones.”

In the coming time, Pixel phones are likely to get more “Pixel priority” features in the Android 12 system. Over the years, Google has released a few features that make being a Pixel user even more special.

However, some features are only available for the new Pixel phones, so that’s all the more reason to consider buying a new Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro phone. Google at its hardware event said that these phones will get at least five years of update support, which is impressive.

How to Update:

  • To get the update, follow these steps:
  • Go to the settings app of your Pixel phone
