Android 13 August 2023 security patch rolling out for Google Pixel devices
Google has released the Android 13 August 2023 security patch for Pixel devices. The latest improvement package is baked with a bunch of new fixes regarding the user interface and Bluetooth. In addition, it eliminates a bunch of privacy exploits and vulnerabilities that were affecting Android runtime, framework, system, and other major aspects.
Adding more, Google Pixel August 2023 security patch dated 2023-08-01 resolves 39 security issues whereas, 9 fixes come along with the 2023-08-05 dated patch. These range from high to critical. Not only for Pixel phones but this update is also available for Pixel Tablet and Fold handsets.

- Fix for issue occasionally causing the home screen launcher search input to not register.
- Fix the issue that occasionally causes flickering or glitches while in Hub Mode.
These fixes are rolling out for Pixel 4a, 4a 5G, 5, 5a, 6, 6 Pro, 6a, 7, 7 Pro, 7a, and Fold. Make sure, you run the latest Android version to install the new patch.
