Google Tasks upgrade will replace Reminders and add Assistant
Google has announced that it will soon integrate the Assistant to Google Tasks that will replace the Reminders. Through this, the company wants to encourage its users to use the Google Tasks app.
You might be using Google Assistant and Calander to set reminders for a very long time. But soon Google will bring more convenience to the users by combining both Assistant and Calender Reminders into the Google Tasks.
Google Tasks are helpful to keep track of our daily tasks and organize multiple lists, you can jot down the things you need to do and many more. Also, you can check them at any time and take them anywhere you go.
As per the information, Google Tasks will now combine with Assistant and Calender Reminders to give an enhanced experience to its users. Furthermore, the new additions will add more capabilities to the Google Tasks and will provide more efficient reminders for your to-do list.
This will arrive in the coming months and whenever the users will use the Assistant or the Calender, a pop-up notification will appear that will direct them to use Tasks.
Alongside this, you can manage the Tasks through the Gmail app, Calander, Chat, and Drive across the Android and iOS mobile apps.
