HarmonyOS software update tracker for Huawei Mate 30
The HarmonyOS 2.0 is now official and the Huawei devices are all ready to install it starting with the beta testing. Soon after its official announcement on June 02, the company began its first phase of public beta with topmost devices. Huawei Mate 30 phones were also part of the initial beta testing.
Launched in 2019, the Huawei Mate 30 came pre-installed with EMUI 9.1 based on Android 9. Being the flagship series, the Huawei Mate 30 includes several high-end features such as Kirin 990, OLED display, powerful camera, and more. Later on, the device also received the EMUI 10 and EMUI 11 upgrades. Furthermore, these devices are now up for the new HarmonyOS 2.0.

The new HarmonyOS comes with numerous features that make user life easier and multitasking. The Chinese OEM has included its own tweaks in the OS such as the smart folder, control panel, HarmonyOS fonts, Huawei Share, and much more.
Furthermore, Huawei claims that the new HM OS provides a seamless experience, smooth performance, improved security, and easy controlling multiple devices using a single super device. Soon, these features will be seen on Huawei devices.
Starting with the public beta, these smartphones will gradually move towards the stable version once the new OS is fully optimized. Till then, the Mate 30 users will receive several beta updates. The Mate 30 models which are included in the beta testing include Mate 30 4G, Mate 30 5G, Mate 30 RS Porsche Design.
