Posted on

Google started rolling out the Android 13 update to the Pixel phones last week, which is now available widely. In the beginning, it was limited to a few Pixel models and Android 13 beta testers. The update has now reached all eligible Pixel phones in the US but users in other regions are still waiting for the major Android update.

If you are still waiting for the update, you can check it manually by heading into the device Settings menu, tapping on System, then selecting the System Update option, and finally the option Check for update.

The size of this update is around 1GB, so keep a sufficient battery while installing this type, it could take a longer time to install the update.

Earlier, as confirmed officially, Google released Android 13 with several new features including app-based language settings, improved notification options, and more. The update also fixed over 150 bugs for the Pixel devices.

However, some Pixel phone users are facing issues with wireless charging after upgrading to Android 13. In another case, some Pixel phone users with connected Samsung Galaxy Watch are facing heavy battery draining issues because of the Samsung Health app.
