Honor 8X receiving the EMUI 10 in Europe and Africa with EMUI 10.0.0.175

Honor has begun EMUI 10 rollout for the users of Honor 8X in European and African countries, the update is confirmed to rollout in markets such as Czech, Spain, Algeria, Morocco and more (via Huawei Central).

Surely the rollout is in its early stages and still expanding to more markets. For your information, the EMUI 10 is already out for some Asian markets including India, China and more.

Versions:

Honor 8X users are receiving the EMUI 10 in Europe and Africa with EMUI version 10.0.0.175 and 3.58GB size. In some countries, the version is 10.0.0.170 and 3.53GB.

Note: EMUI version and size may vary in different countries and regions.

How to update:

Via HiCare:

  1. Open HiCare app
  2. Click on ‘Services’ tab
  3. Click on ‘Update
  4. Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES
  5. Click on ‘Download and install

Via Settings:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Click on ‘System
  3. Click on ‘Software update
  4. Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES
  5. Click on ‘Download and install
