HTC launched Vive Pro 2 and HTC Vive Focus 3 virtual reality headsets with 5K resolution
HTC has unveiled two new virtual reality headsets. HTC Vive Pro 2 is aimed at casual users, while HTC Vive Focus 3 is intended for commercial use.
HTC Vive Pro 2 offers a 5K resolution, 120-degree viewing angle, and 120Hz refresh rate. The headset also received an interpupillary distance regulator, an adjustable head strap. Built-in headphones are Hi-Res Audio certified.

The HTC Vive Pro 2 is priced at $ 1,399 and includes a headset, 2.0 base station, and Vive controllers. The headset can be purchased separately for $ 749. Sales will begin on June 4th.
HTC Vive Focus 3 is very similar in characteristics to HTC Vive Pro 2, it offers 5K resolution, viewing angle of 120 degrees, but the frequency is reduced to 90 Hz. This headset is standalone and requires a PC to use it.
It is built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2 platform, and the battery, which is removable, charges up to 50% in 30 minutes. HTC Vive Focus 3 will go on sale on June 24th for $ 1,300.
