Huawei Mate 20 X 5G grabs March EMUI security update:
This 5G device in China has recently started receiving EMUI 10.1 and outside of China, the Mate 20 X 5G now receiving a new EMUI update that comes with March security improvements.
The March 2020 security update for Mate 20 X 5G includes patches from Google and fixes to 1 critical and 20 high levels of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) related to some issues.
This new update for Huawei Mate 20 X 5G comes with EMUI 10.0.0.191 and a software package size of 146MB. This update is confirmed in the devices subscribed on Vodafone UK (via Huawei Central).
Honor Play 3 series grabs new EMUI updates with security and audio improvements:
This update improves systems security with March and February security updates respectively. According to the information, the new update for Honor Play 3 and Play 3e also brings optimizations for some songs apps for the better audio experience.
The latest update for Honor Play 3 comes with EMUI 9.1.0.181 from 9.1.0.151. Honor Play 3e grabs its update with EMUI 9.1.0.150 an upgrade from EMUI 9.1.0.130 (via Huawei Central).
Huawei Nova 5T gets April 2020 EMUI security:
Huawei Nova 5T users on EMUI 10.0 getting a new software update with security improvement of April 2020. However, there are no additional changes mentioned in the changelog. This new update for Huawei Nova 5T comes with EMUI 10.0.0.201 and a software package size of 119MB (via Huawei Central).
Huawei MatePad Pro starts receiving EMUI 10.1 beta:
According to the information, users of Huawei MatePad Pro in China are getting EMUI 10.1 beta. Who participated in the EMUI 10.1 beta activity has started receiving the first internal beta of EMUI 10.1.
These users will now receive the EMUI 10.1 beta patches until the activity concludes with a stable patch and starts sending EMUI 10.1 for regular users. Huawei MatePad Pro update has EMUI 10.1.0.112 (via Huawei Central).
