Huawei has planned to rollout the EMUI 10.1 for the Huawei Mate 20 series by July 2020 but the good news is, that the company is sending this major upgrade for the Mate 20 series earlier than the rollout plan (via Huawei Central).
Huawei Mate 20 series is receiving the EMUI 10.1 in Europe starting Bulgaria. However, the rollout is still in the early stages and will expand gradually in different countries and regions. Moreover, the update is yet to be confirmed for Huawei Mate 20 X devices.

This update for Huawei Mate 20 devices brings a bunch of new features including colorful Always on Display (AOD), new fingerprint animation, multi-window, smart charge, Huawei Assistant, Huawei Browser and new June 2020 security patch.
