The update is now available in France and New Zealand with EMUI 10.0.0.170. The EMUI 10 update is also live in Chile. It comes with EMUI 10.0.0.178.

Update 1: February 25, 2020:
The Huawei Mate 20 Lite EMUI 10 update is now available in Poland and South Africa. The EMUI 10 software version in Poland is EMUI 10.0.0.170, while the software version in South Africa is EMUI 10.0.0.177.

Huawei Mate 20 Lite is getting EMUI 10 updates in many countries and it is now rolling out in the Netherlands. The Software version of this update is EMUI 10.0.0.170.
EMUI 10.1: Huawei is probably planning a major software update
Earlier this month, Huawei has started the EMUI 10 rollout for the Mate 20 Lite smartphone. In some markets, Huawei Mate 20 Lite receiving EMUI 10 with EMUI 10.0.0.172.
Note: EMUI version and size may vary in different markets.
How to check for update:
Go to Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates. If an update is available, it’ll ask if you want to download it.
Or open HiCare app > Update > Check for updates.
