Huawei P40 users grabbing EMUI September 2021 security update
We are at the end of this month and Huawei P40 users just started to grab the EMUI September 2021 security update in global markets. The Phone comes with a powerful triple, quad, and Penta camera system powered by Leica imaging as well as task processing capability.
Huawei P40 devices have already been upgraded with HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system in China. The users of this lineup are enjoying the latest features prowess on the ground. However, the global models still run EMUI 11, and there’s no confirmation about the HarmonyOS rollout for the global models.
For the time being, Huaweiblog reports that the Huawei P40, P40 Pro, P40 Pro Plus September 2021 security update comes with EMUI 11 version 11.0.0.202 and an update package size of 297 megabytes. The EMUI version may vary depending on the market as well as the region.
There are a few things that you know before upgrading to the latest software update. First, maintain enough storage and battery percentage on your device. Next, prepare an advance backup for your important data to prevent any important data loss. Make sure to use a stable internet connection while downloading the update package on your smartphone.
Huawei P40 Pro:
Huawei P40 Pro comes with a 6.58-inch curved edge OLED display with 2640 x 1200 pixel resolutions and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Kirin 990 5G octa-core processor with Mali-G76 GPU.
In terms of software, it comes pre-packed with EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10. The device comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal memory option. It packs a 4200mAh battery with 40W fast charging. Moreover, the P40 Pro equips a quad-camera setup with 50MP wide-angle lens, a 40MP ultra-wide camera, a 12MP telephoto camera, and a 3D depth-sensing camera. In the front, it has a 32MP camera for selfies.
