On March 31, Huawei launched its 2020 annual report, in 2020, Huawei’s global sales revenue was 891.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year rise of 3.8%; net profit was 64.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.2%; cash flow from operating activities was 35.2 billion yuan, basically in line with expectations.
Huawei’s vice chairman and rotating chairman Hu Houkun announced, that the HiSilicon team is currently stable and they still have a lot of long-term work to do. Huawei is positioned as a supplier of ICT system equipment, and still has a strong dependence on the global chip industry chain.
Huawei predicts that the semiconductor industry model based on the global cooperation model will remain mainstream in the future. We will insist on innovation based on open cooperation.
On the other side, we also hope that governments, especially leaders, will help the industrial chain recover and strengthen global cooperation.
