I have not received OxygenOS 13.1 for my OnePlus 9 Pro

Posted on

OnePlus is rolling out OxygenOS 13.1 software for various smartphones but I’ve not received the update for my OnePlus 9 Pro. Yep! That’s the voice of the OnePlus 9 Pro device holders that is constantly raising in the community forum, and it makes sense.

OnePlus 9 Pro is a well-known smartphone and is sold quite well among consumers. In the meantime, the tech giant keeps on sending new software updates for the respective handsets in several regions across the globe.

Being one of the flagship models, OnePlus 9 Pro users expected an early rollout of OxygenOS 13.1. However, half of this month has passed and there are no details regarding the latest version push for the ultimate handy gadgets.

Not only that, but the device is still out of reach from the April 2023 patch. The security update started appearing in late April but was in assumption to approach the major handsets within time. Although, the company has only extended the wait for a new update for the OnePlus 9 Pro device owners.

OxygenOS 13.1:

Going into the flashbacks, OnePlus 9 series was the first to complete the OxygenOS 13 rollout in most of the markets. This happening eventually made the corresponding phone users quite optimistic about this featured software rollout as well.

Yet the current scenario has created a huge confusion for the next coming major upgrade as well. The company has already released the Android 14 Developer Preview for OnePlus 11. But OxygenOS 13.1 has not even covered half of the devices to date.

How to check:

While there is time to receive an official thread on this matter, we will recommend you keep an eye on the update section. It often happens when the tech giant silently pushes a new version before the authorized announcement.
