Kia is reporting strong demand for its new EV6 electric crossover, which has been heavily ordered since its launch in Europe. The Kia EV6, like the Hyundai Ioniq 5, is one of the most anticipated new EVs this year.
It has similar characteristics as it is based on the same platform but has a different design that users seem to like.
“Kia has opened pre-orders for the groundbreaking EV6 crossover. The brand has 33,000 potential customers, including 7,300 real bookings. In addition, more than 26,000 customers have shown interest in Kia’s first dedicated battery electric vehicle. Thanks to these remarkable metrics, Kia has already generated 300% of its expected sales volume for 2021.”
