League of Legends Wild Rift Americas account will migrate their accounts soon
Riot Games has announced that the League of Legends: Wild Rift Americas account transfer feature will be removed soon. Players who stay in the Americas region will need to migrate their accounts as soon as possible.
When League of Legends: Wild Rift first launched in select regions last year, several players joined the beta test using a VPN. After the game finally launched in North and South America, Riot introduced a new feature that allows players to migrate their accounts to the Americas server.

Players will get the stable ping and no longer need to use a VPN after migrating their accounts. Riot Games hasn’t revealed the exact date when Americans account migration will be removed.
To migrate their account to the Americas server, players need to open League of Legends: Wild Rift without using a VPN. The game will then show a prompt to migrate their accounts. It should be noted that migrating an account will revert their in-game progress to level one and all the cosmetics, Wild Cores, and skins purchased on that account will be refunded.
Riot Games has built League of Legends: Wild Rift from the ground up instead of just making a port. The game is expected to have over 70 champions and Riot is planning esports exclusively for League of Legends: Wild Rift.
Although the game has launched in several regions, it is yet to launch in India. Indian players may have to go through the process of migrating accounts, similar to American players.
Players in the Americas: If you played earlier in the Regional Open Beta, but haven’t logged in since March to transfer your account to the Americas server, make sure to do it soon! We’ll be removing this option at a later date. pic.twitter.com/OzQiUAydr5
