LG launched new TV audio series products in the US on May 14. The new product provides more functions and convenient connectivity while having environmentally friendly packaging. This series of “Echo Wall” products have a modern and stylish appearance, which can be well-matched with LG TVs.

The new products include SP2, SPD7Y, SP7Y, SP8YA, SP9YA, the specifications cover 2.1 channels to 5.1.2 channels, and the lowest price is US$179. The LG SP2 speaker has a simple appearance and does not have a standard subwoofer.

The product has three built-in speakers and two passive low-frequency radiation basins, with a fabric woven appearance. This product has a maximum power of 100W, supports Bluetooth 4.0 and wired connection to the TV, and costs 179 US dollars (about 1152.76 yuan).

LG SP7Y includes a body and a subwoofer. This product is jointly built with Meridian and supports Hi-Res and DTS Virtual:X sound effects. This product has a maximum power of 440W and also supports a variety of connection methods and audio formats.

The product has a center speaker, two 45W front speakers, and two 45W surround speakers. The subwoofer is connected wirelessly, with a power of 220W. The product is priced at US$450 (approximately RMB 2898).

LG’s flagship audio model this time is SP9YA. This product is a 5.1.2 channel design with a maximum power of 520W. The product supports Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and other sound effects, and also uses Meridian’s technology to support Hi-Res audio.
