OnePlus Nord CE is now eligible to download Android 13-based OxygenOS 13 but the phone maker is sending one last software update for OxygenOS 12 users of the device with March 2023 security patch before the phone completely wraps off from this OxygenOS 12 version.
According to the information, OnePlus Nord CE is receiving March 2023 security update with OxygenOS 12 build version EB2101_11.C.11. This software is an incremental release. It means that the rollout may take some time to reach all of the OnePlus Nord CE users.
The changelog has nothing else than the security patch of the latest month. Also, this upgrade is out for Indian and European models of OnePlus Nord CE.
Furthermore, users of the phone can report bugs by opening the dialer and inputting *#800#. This will pop up a menu to enable bug submission. But this procedure is only available for users inside India.
For users in other countries, you can vis the bug form to fill in details and submit the bug. OnePlus is also working on a better way to submit bugs. Yet, it may take some time to come out in public.
