Microsoft brought its own security software Defender to macOS in 2019. Microsoft recently announced that Defender’s threat and vulnerability management (TVM) function has been launched on Linux and macOS platforms.
Microsoft said that TVM allows users to review recently discovered vulnerabilities in applications and potential system misconfigurations, and remediate any affected managed and unmanaged devices.
