Microsoft Lumia 950 XL successfully flashed to Android 12 system
Microsoft Lumia 950 XL was launched in 2015, equipped with Windows 10 Mobile system. Now Microsoft is focusing its mobile work on Android.
Along with this, hackers have been paying attention to how to flash other operating systems on old Microsoft Lumia phones. This week, the developer Gustave Monce successfully brushed the Android 12 system into the Lumia 950 XL.
Android 12 of Lumia 950 XL is still in a very early stage, the official version of Android 12 itself has not been officially released. Google has released several developer previews, but the stable version of the operating system, codenamed Android S, will not be launched until this fall.

Although the developer stated that this build version of Lumia 950 XL includes support for mobile touch screen and Bluetooth, it lacks support for hardware-accelerated graphics that means that the user interface will be slow, and games or video playback may not be possible.
Additionally, the system may take a long time to install, about 12 minutes. In other words, if you have an old Lumia 950 XL phone lying there, don’t mind that it might be broken, and know-how to flash FFU files, then you can try to use your old phone as an Android device.
