Microsoft plans to release the game from leading third-party AAA studios
Microsoft has been rapidly expanding its internal Xbox Game Studio in recent years, setting up studios such as Double Fine, Obsidian Entertainment, and Bethesda, including all its sub-studios, but new rumors suggest they may also be making big deals with a third.
There are definitely plenty of places to interpret, and providing a little more information to Corden, he said that Microsoft is planning to release the game from “leading third-party AAA studios”. Without giving away anything, Corden says the game looks “quite promising” and will feature an “ambitious connected world”. The game should be unveiled either this year or later.

Interestingly, this will be just the beginning. Evidently, Microsoft has launched prototypes from at least three other “high caliber” third-party studios. And none of that, or the game mentioned above, is Kojima Productions ’next project.
Although Corden doesn’t cancel that partnership and, take all this with a grain of salt for now, but it all seems plausible enough – the new and improved Xbox Game Studio will take a while to get really fast, so some big third- party titles make sense in the meantime.
So, if this is a real deal, what big third-party game could Microsoft be willing to release? Most people have focused on the mysterious emoji jazz cordon included in their tweets. Is it to keep in mind the Ubisoft logo?
There is a lot of speculation going on. To add one more theory to the pile, the Cyclone symbol immediately makes me think about Just Cause 4 and the developer Avalanche Studio. Where does the truth lie?
