The update is available for versions 20H2, 21H1, 21H2, and 22H2 of Windows 10, including Arm and x86/64, and with this OB update KB5020953, the version numbers are bumped to 19042.2194, 19043.2194, and 19044.2194.

Microsoft didn’t reveal exactly how the issue was fixed, and the update’s changelog only mentioned the following: Fixed an issue that caused Microsoft OneDrive to stop working. This issue occurs after unlinking the device, stopping syncing, or logging out of the account.

Since this is an out-of-band update, the update is not available through Windows Update in settings and must be downloaded manually from the Microsoft Update Catalog website.
