Launched in 2021, Motorola G Pure is getting the July 2023 update with new improvements and an outdated Android security patch. Alongside safety fixes, the latest firmware enhances the security, stability, and performance of the respective smartphones.
Identified via Android version SS3RH32.20-42-10-14-6, the July 2023 improvements for Motorola G Pure are rolling out on the Verizon network in the US. The update is available for the locked variant and the company will soon push it off to more models.
Motorola is dispatching the latest software update with system security improvements to keep your files and data safe on your phone. It optimizes the stability aspects to offer you uninterrupted and seamless functionality on your device.
However, the highlight of the changelog is the call filter app, which becomes the default call screening application. As of now, you will receive a more immersive and disturbance-free experience while communicating with your loved ones.
What’s New in the update?
- Provides enhanced security for information disclosure protection.
- Makes the Call Filter app the default call screening application.
The only drawback of this version is, it still holds the April 2023 patch. Other than that, there are fresh tweaks that you should bring on your handset with the newest update. The update is coming in batches and will soon knock on the device through a notification.
