New iPhone 16 Pro colors revealed: what to expect
Top 3 Key Points:
- New Colors: Rose Gold replaces Blue Titanium.
- Glossy Finish: Improved process for coloring titanium.
- Expected Launch: Mid-September release.
Apple fans can look forward to some exciting new color options for the iPhone 16 Pro models. Leaker Sonny Dickson has shared a new image that showcases all four color variants. Notably, a new rose gold, sometimes described as “bronze,” is set to replace the Blue Titanium seen in the current iPhone 15 Pro models.
The iPhone 16 Pro is expected to be available in black, white (or silver), gray (or “Natural Titanium”), and the new rose gold color, according to reports from trusted Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo and other sources. This marks a return to a gold-like hue, which wasn’t offered in the iPhone 15 lineup, potentially driving higher demand for this variant.
There’s also a rumor suggesting Apple is using an enhanced method for finishing and coloring titanium on the new models. This could result in a glossier look, closer to the stainless steel finishes of previous years while being more scratch-resistant than the brushed aluminum of the iPhone 15 Pro.
Although the official names of these colors haven’t been confirmed yet, Apple will likely continue with the Titanium branding used for the iPhone 15 Pro series. With the iPhone 16 expected to launch around mid-September, the wait to see these colors in person won’t be long.
