New system and security updates rolling out for Huawei Mate 30 Pro

Huawei’s new skin EMUI 11 based on Android 10 started testing in China for Huawei Mate 30 and P40 series devices. EMUI 11 comes with lots of new features and new user interface changes.

Apart form EMUI 11 testing, the Mate 30 Pro user has started receiving a new software update that runs EMUI 10.1 in Europe. It brings plenty of improvements for system software. The update includes petal search apps, smoother system experience, and improved system security.

• Maintain enough storage and battery.
• If possible, connect to Wifi.

UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS:

Through Setting:

1. Open Settings in your device.
2. Click on system & updates.
3. Click on software update.
4. Check for update
5. Click on the download button.
6. Install updates
7. After completion of the installation, the reboot option appears onscreen.
8. Reboot the device.

Through Support app:

1. Open Support app in your device.
2. If not installed, download it from the play store.
3.  Open service tab.
4. Tap on update.
5. Check for updates
