WhatsApp is working on a new call button for business chats. In these chats the voice and video call buttons now merged into one, creating more space for catalog shortcut. According to the information, users will have to tap on voice or video call button to choose the call type.
This feature is currently under development and appeared with WhatsApp beta version 2.20.201.4, while it’s yet to rollout as a stable update (reports Wabetainfo). Interested users can download the latest WhatsApp beta from link given below.
