Posted on

OnePlus 10 Pro 5G has already grabbed the latest OxygenOS 13.1 update. That says a user on the community platform, explaining the new changes and ultimate features of the freshly released software version.

Surprise or shock, but that’s the fact. It looks like the company has silently rolled out the most awaited OxygenOS 13.1 update for the flagship OnePlus 10 Pro handsets. However, the entire scenario seems a little twisted and unclear.

According to the details, OnePlus 10 Pro is getting this major update with the NE2211_13.1.0.520 (EX01). Further, it carries a massive software package with a size of 1.70GB. Next, the new changelog holds a huge list of features and enhancements for the device.

In terms of offerings, the latest update counts on effective and seamless interconnection, personalization with better Omoji functionality, Health features, and enhanced gaming experience. You can take a detailed look at these features in the changelog given below:

OxygenOS 13.1 changelog:

Seamless Interconnection

  • New ColorOS smart cross-device connections for easier connection and better interoperability
  • New auto-connect feature enables automatic connection between phones, tablets, and PCs placed nearby.

Personalization:

  • Expands Omoji functionality and library

Health:

  • Adds a new TalkBack feature that recognizes and announced images in apps and Photos
  • Adds the new Zen Space app, with two modes, Deep Zen and Light Zen, to help you focus on the present
  • Improves simple mode with a new helper widget and quick tutorials on the Home Screen

While everything sounds perfect, a question arises related to the build version. The changelog reads ‘official versions’ but the (EX01) creates a huge dilemma among users. Is this an experimental build, or a beta firmware? Or does it refers to the first updates for the respective devices? Things are quite puzzling at this point.

Another question is – why the company left the OnePlus 11 series for testing the OxygenOS 13.1 version? Being the latest and top-end model, OnePlus 11 deserves to be the first in obtaining the new software.

We need to wait for the official thread to release. Till then, if you are getting the same version, then share your experience with OxygenOS 13.1 in the comment section.
