OnePlus 10 series stuck with nasty notification bug after OxygenOS 13.1 update

OnePlus 10 series comes under the top-end models with amazing features but a nasty notification bug (after OxygenOS 13.1 update) has badly affected the user experience. According to the details, the phone holders are reporting noisy notification alerts even when they are on a normal call.

Recently, some users gathered in the community forum describing a strange notification bug that accompanied on OnePlus 10 models with the OxygenOS 13.1 update. Eventually, the notification sounds too loud or at full volume especially, when someone is connected on a phone call.

This not only annoys users but also interrupts the communication experience. Portraying the issue, a OnePlus 10 Pro device owner said that while being on a call, the alerts should usually sound less to maintain efficiency in communication. However, that’s not the case with the OnePlus 10 series.

Responding to the thread, a user said that the issue is mainly due to the Google phone application. Although there is no such problem in the Odialer. Perhaps, one should try a different phone or dialer app while Google is pushing a new update to its application.
