OnePlus 10R February 2023 update expanding to more users [OxygenOS 13]

OnePlus has begun expanding the February 2023 security update for the flagship handset – OnePlus 10R. After the initial rollout that was available for only a limited amount of users, the company has pushed the latest iteration on a broader spectrum.

According to the information, the fresh version includes some refinements for the calling operations. Eventually, the tech maker fixed the issues where an annoying noise used to interrupt users while being at phone calls.

On the flip side, the firmware holds a new security patch that fixes a variety of vulnerabilities of the device. Further, it strengthens the security system and makes it more protective against minor bugs and defects in the smartphone.

Alongside protection, the improvement patch also enhances the overall performance of the device. As a result, the corresponding device holders will be able to operate their handy gadgets for a long while without facing unusual lags and buffers.

To be mentioned, the latest OxygenOS 13 February 2023 update is expanding in the Indian region for two models  – OnePlus 10R and OnePlus 10R Endurance Edition. You can check the firmware version and the changelog for both devices, below:

The update is covering the respective devices through the OTA (over-the-air) medium. Thus, it could take a few days to reach all the eligible units in the region.

In the meantime, you can check the new build by leaning toward the update section. Just go to the Settings menu, select System, and then System Updates. However, before the manual process, make sure that you have a sufficient amount of storage space and battery level in your device.
