Agreeing with the statement, several users said that they have been facing the same issue and didn’t receive any solution for it so far. Consequently, the company should keep its eyes on such issues and immediately take action to pull them out.
Here is what the OnePlus 10T phone holder said:
“I updated my phone to Android 13 yesterday. I think everything works great so far except the Photos gallery. The album is empty even though the pictures are visible in the photos and explore tabs.
Is anyone facing the same issue? Any fixes already known?”
In response, a user suggested clearing the cache and data from the app, as it often happens when we switch to a new firmware. Yes! This could be a solution to resolve the annoying problem with the device. However, the company should look into this matter, and release a new patch for it.
So OnePlus 10T users! Are you also facing any such issues with your device? Let us know in the comment section.
