OnePlus explains why users have trouble accessing Google Discover page

OnePlus users, are you unable to access the Google Discover page on your smartphone? If this is the case, and you have been waiting for the company to utter some words on it, then here you go! The manufacturer has finally revealed why it happens and how you can resolve it.

In the recently held FAQ session for July 2023, a OnePlus handset owner reported that the Google Discover page often turns blank, whenever he tries to use it. Though it doesn’t harm the device or its functions. Yet, it completely restricts performing actions related to the page.

Responding to this matter, the official moderator said that it is a known issue and has been troubling many users. However, Google has fixed this defect with the latest version of the application. All you need is to install the new app build via the Play Store and you may find a solution to it.
